Merchant Entry System: View data entry and perform maintenance and inquiry functions on your merchant’s accounts. History and reports are available for each merchant.
Hold Reserve Management System: Set reserves at the merchant level by holding all funds or a targeted reserve percentage. Suspense funding and rolling reserve functionality is a standard feature. View a merchant’s history of holds, reserves and charge offs.
Online Risk System: View merchant account summaries with the ability to drill down to individual transactions and batches. User defined parameters can be set to customize your risk review priorities, including the ability to hold batches or deposits from merchants before merchant funding. Daily reporting can be viewed or downloaded in Excel format.
Merchant Nobel Query System (MNQS): With the ability to be branded for your ISO, this system provides your merchants with 24-hour access to the data they need to manage their business. Merchant statements are available for viewing the day following month end
