In 2003 CentralBANCARD was formed by the current owners and operators of TriSource Solutions. CentralBANCARD was a traditional non-bank acquirer offering merchant services to agents and ISOs with corporate and operational offices in Davenport, Iowa. The first agents were brought on board in mid-2003 and by the end of calendar year 2005 net sales volume had reached the $2 billion mark.
In 2005, TriSource Solutions LLC was formed as an affiliate company of CentralBANCARD offering third party processing services to include authorization services through TSYS-Acquiring Solutions, and clearing and settlement services through Nobel Electronic Transfer LLC.
Nobel, located just across the Mississippi River from CentralBANCARD in Rock Island, Illinois, has been a registered Third Party Processor and Card Association settlement endpoint since 1995.
In July of 2007, TriSource Solutions purchased Nobel and combined CentralBANCARD and Nobel into TriSource Solutions. The combined entities processed in excess of 37 million transactions in 2007.
William Brockway—Managing Partner
Bill Brockway is a co-founder and Partner in TriSource Solutions. Previous to TriSource Solutions, Bill has had 26 years of acquiring experience with several Midwest banks. Most recently Bill was employed at Quad City Bancard, Inc. and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors from 1994 - 2002. Quad City Bancard, Inc. processed for various national and regional ISO's. Bill was also one of the Founders and partners of Nobel Electronic Transfer and CentralBANCARD.
Henry Harp—Managing Partner
Henry Harp is a co-founder and Partner in TriSource Solutions. Henry has had 22 years experience in the Credit Card Processing Industry with TSYS and Vital Processing Services, a joint venture company of TSYS and Visa USA formed in 1996. Henry served as Executive Vice President of Vital since its inception and has held various senior leadership roles in Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and International Development. Prior to the formation of Vital, Henry served as VP and headed the Merchant Acquirer Processing Division of TSYS. His responsibilities were to handle all acquiring clients utilizing the TSYS Merchant Processing platform as well as the customer service, conversion, training, and IT functions supporting those clients.
Thomas M. Dunn—President
Thomas M. Dunn joined TriSource Solutions as President in July 2007. Tom brings a wealth of industry experience to the TriSource management team with over 29 years of experience in the payments industry, focusing largely on merchant acquiring. Tom spent 13 years with Global Payments Inc., formerly National Data Corporation (NDC), where he served as Chief Operating Officer. Tom handled all facets of their merchant business including Sales and Business Development, Operations, Credit and Risk and Service Delivery. Under Tom's leadership, Global Payments grew to be one of the largest processors in the U.S. and one of the leading ISO processors in the industry. Tom has held several other senior management positions in the payments arena at CitiCorp, First Interstate Bancard Company and Transaction Network Services. He was also founder, President and CEO of CardPoint, Inc. an ISO.
Deborah Brown—Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer
Deborah’s career in this industry began in 1995 with Quad City Bancard, a merchant acquiring bank. There, she initiated merchant applications using Global and Vital front ends, handled customer service (for ISO’s, merchants, and cardholders), established policies and procedures for these departments, as well as working in risk management, accounting, and handling chargebacks at various times in her career. Deborah has been with TriSource Solutions since its inception and is an integral part of its day to day operations. She currently oversees and manages Operations for TriSource Solutions™, working with other management to create and establish policies and procedures and daily priorities for each department. Primary focuses are on reviewing our merchants' risk levels as well as dealing with regulatory issues.
Tony Wilden—Executive Vice President
Tony joined the TriSource team when Nobel Electronic Transfer, LLC merged with TriSource Solutions in July 2007. Tony has worked for Nobel since its inception in 1995. He began as a developer and quickly became an operational business analyst and later Vice President of Production. Tony was critical to Nobel’s initial and long term success. In 2003 he became the General Manager of Nobel Electronic Transfer, LLC and the key member of the team that designed every system that runs at Nobel. Today Tony oversees the operations of both the Issuer and Acquirer programs. With his extensive payment card knowledge, Tony has been instrumental to the success of Nobel over the past 12 years.
Bret Baumann—Senior Vice President, Sales
Bret has enjoyed a distinguished 15-year sales leadership career in the payments industry. Prior to joining the TriSource Solutions team, he held the position of Vice President of ISO/Distribution Channels with Way Systems, Inc. Preceding Way Systems, Bret was responsible for the ISO/Distribution sales channel in North America with Lipman USA. Before joining Lipman USA, Bret was with Global Payments, Inc., where he was responsible for the building and management of sales teams throughout the Central and Western United States, which generated over $1 billion in annual processed volume.
Mike Cottrell—Vice President of Business Development
Mike Cottrell joined TriSource Solutions in 2005. A 14-year veteran of the credit card processing industry, Mike brings to TriSource Solutions extensive knowledge in the areas of ACH, Credit, Debit, Electronic Check, Smart Card RFID and eCommerce. Mike began his career as a sales agent & regional manager for First Security Merchant Services and most recently worked in business development for Creditel. As former Senior Vice President in the product and marketing group at Vital Processing, Mike helped lead product strategy and strategic product relationships. In this role, he also managed the business relationships with Vital’s owners, TSYS and Visa USA.
In his business development role at TriSource Solutions, Mike is responsible for product planning and creation of strategic partnerships. Mike earned his Masters degree in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Mike is a graduate of the University of Phoenix and the National School of Bankcard Management. A frequent speaker at industry events, Mike has been an instructor for the Electronic Transaction Association University, serves on the Planning Committee for the ETA, and served on the EBT Council.
Brad Dunker—Vice President of Information Technologies
Brad joined the TriSource team when Nobel Electronic Transfer, LLC was bought and merged with TriSource Solutions in July 2007. He has worked for Nobel since 1996. He began as a production operator and quickly moved on to become the Systems Administrator. In 2000 he became the Network Administrator and oversaw the infrastructure of the network during Nobel’s expansion of services to the Internet. In 2003 Brad became the Managing Director of IT Services and part of the team of managers that streamlined Nobel into the payment card processor it is today. Today Brad oversees the compliance, production automation, security and all other areas related to Information Technologies. Brad graduated from the University of Northern Iowa and is MCSE certified.
Jann McMahan—Vice President
Jann McMahan joined TriSource Solutions in August of 2007. Jann has over 18 years experience in the Credit Card Processing Industry with TSYS and TSYS Acquiring Solutions (previously Vital Processing Services). Prior to her career in the Credit Card Processing Industry she worked 12 years in the Financial Industry with Columbus Bank and Trust Company and American Express. While at TSYS Jann trained clients on the TSYS Merchant Processing platform, led training teams in designing and delivering customized training for conversion projects and supported Marketing with proposal responses and client overviews. Jann served in several leadership roles at TSYS Acquiring Solutions (Vital) as Director of Training and Documentation, Vice President and Senior Vice President of Training and Conversions and Site Manager responsible for budget and facility management in the Columbus office.

Chris Alexander—Executive Committee Member
Christopher (Chris) S. Alexander retired as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Hypercom Corporation. In this position, Mr. Alexander was directly responsible for all business activities of the company. Immediately prior to this position, Mr. Alexander served as President of Hypercom’s Transaction Systems Group. Prior to joining Hypercom in 1993, he held senior management positions with companies in the communications, data storage and textile manufacturing industries.
Bill Kinard—Executive Committee Member
William (Bill) D. Kinard is a thirty-nine year veteran of the payment industry. His payment career began with National Data Corporation (now Global Payments) where he rose through the sales organization to become EVP and General Manager of NDC’s largest business. He left NDC in 1989 to co-found Innova Information System (now NOVA) where he served as chairman and CEO. During his career, Mr. Kinard has held other executive positions including EVP at First Data, and Chairman of two leading ISO’s; Termnet and Data Processing International. Mr. Kinard is currently Managing Director of Zenergy Group, LLC.
